Containing much of its original character and located just 2 minutes walk from the nearby Blue Flag beach, this charming seaside retreat boasts a wealth of exposed oak beams, stripped oak floors and views over the harbour and beautiful Welsh mountains beyond. Providing a great base from which to enjoy this famous coastline and fabulous surrounding countryside, this cosy property offers delightful hill and coastal paths available from the doorstep, whilst the nearby cliffs offer stunning panoramic views of the Cader Idris mountains and of the bay below. A lovely property with plenty to offer all year round. Accommodation Over three floors.
Two bedrooms: 1 x second floor double, 1 x second floor twin. First floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor kitchen with dining area. First floor sitting room with multi-fuel stove and electric log-effect fire. Ground floor sitting room with double sofabed. Amenities Full gas central heating with additional heating from multi-fuel stove and electric log-effect fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, 2 x colour TVs, DVD, CD player etc. All fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Stairgate available. Off road parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking available nearby. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shops and harbour 2 mins walk. Pubs/restaurants 1 min walk. Note: There are 8 steps up to the front door and 10 steps to the rear entrance. |
